Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support the U.S. Army's Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) initiative as part of the H2F Program Support Team.

The role designs, develops, and maintains software components for analytics, data access, and user engagement within the H2FMS, with work performed under Government direction. Remote duty location with limited travel to Fort Eustis, VA or LMI Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing full stack applications (frontend and backend).
• Familiarity with modern web application frameworks and services.
• Experience integrating applications with data services or APIs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components for H2FMS.
• Implement features enabling data access, analytics, and user engagement.
• Follow Government-approved development standards.
• Integrate components with data pipelines and AI/ML outputs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and user engagement specialists.
• Support integration with government or vendor systems.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and resolution of defects.
• Contribute to documentation and configuration management.
• Prepare technical materials for Government review.
