Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support the U.S. Army's H2F initiative on the H2FMS platform.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining software that enables analytics, data access, and user engagement in a government ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, hands-on experience with full stack development, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams while adhering to government standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience developing full stack applications (frontend and backend).
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and services.
• Experience integrating with data services or APIs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components.
• Implement data access, analytics visualization, and user workflows.
• Follow Government development standards and practices.
• Integrate components with data pipelines and AI/ML outputs.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to meet requirements.
• Support integration with Government or vendor systems.
• Support testing, debugging, and resolution of defects.
• Contribute to documentation and configuration management.
