Techlio is seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to scalable web applications. You will bridge front-end interfaces with robust server-side architectures, designing components and APIs while collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end development, testing, DevOps involvement, and mentoring of junior engineers. Remote-first with flexible hours and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern framework.
• Experience with server-side frameworks and API design.
• SQL/NoSQL databases and performance optimization.
• Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
• Analytical problem solver with cross-stack debugging ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy features across client and server.
• Develop front-end interfaces with React/Vue/Angular.
• Build scalable APIs (REST or GraphQL) and backend services.
• Design data models for relational and NoSQL stores.
• Contribute to CI/CD and cloud deployments; mentor juniors.
