Job summary

Best Practicify is hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components across web and software applications. You will build scalable, user-friendly solutions spanning UI, APIs, databases, and server infrastructure.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams globally, including our Bangladesh operations. Remote-friendly with international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• 7 years of experience developing web and mobile applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication – Read, write, speak fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Ideate software solutions with development teams and product managers.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build the front-end of applications with appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage databases and applications.
• Write effective APIs.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Create quality mockups and prototypes.
• Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications.
• Build features with mobile responsive design.
• Write technical documentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance software.
