Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is looking for a Full Stack Developer to assist in evaluating and debugging full stack code generated by advanced AI models. You will work independently, addressing technical challenges and assessing the quality of AI outputs.

The ideal candidate must have substantial software engineering experience and hands-on coding skills in full stack development along with strong written communication abilities. This remote role offers an hourly contract with a commitment of 5-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on coding experience in full stack development with deep understanding of databases, APIs, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and debug full stack code (frontend and backend) and technical content generated by advanced AI models.
• Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Work through system design and algorithmic problems across the application stack to push model capabilities forward.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.
• Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.
