Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in relevant IT position (academic or professional).
• 6+ months experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months programming, development, or coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Proactively monitor industry trends and explore new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for new/changed components.
• Share knowledge openly with IT personnel.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
• Work with automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins for automation.
• Follow Agile, XP, Kanban delivery frameworks.
