Ladders is seeking a Full Stack AI/ML Developer - Digital Products (Remote) to drive digital products from concept to launch in the Aerospace & Defense space. You will work with agile teams, data scientists, and cloud-native platforms to build modern UIs and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes front-end and backend development, AI/ML integration, and DevOps practices across CI/CD and cloud deployment, with US-based remote work and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field with 12+ years experience.
• Or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years experience.
• 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, or related fields.
• 5+ years architecting cloud-native data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to design and launch digital products.
• Develop front-end architectures and responsive UI.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications with data platforms.
• Design backend services and scalable APIs/microservices.
• Apply DevOps practices across CI/CD and cloud deployment.
