RTX’s Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology team is seeking a Remote Full Stack AI/ML Developer to design and deliver modern digital products. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, AI/ML, design, and product teams to solve real-world problems and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

The role emphasizes building scalable front- and back-end architectures, integrating AI/ML models, and delivering user-centric experiences while applying DevOps and cloud best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field with substantial experience.
• 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or AI/ML.
• 5+ years architecting cloud-native data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Deep experience with Databricks and Lakehouse architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time data streaming.
• Hands-on with Palantir Foundry for data pipelines and deployment.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (MLflow, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud ML platforms.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch digital products.
• Develop front-end architectures and user interfaces.
• Leverage Palantir Foundry for data integration and pipeline deployment.
• Design and implement backend services using languages like C#, Java, Python.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications and develop inference pipelines.
• Develop data and application pipelines supporting AI functionality.
• Collaborate on feature engineering, model testing, and operationalization.
• Apply DevOps practices across CI/CD, testing, and cloud deployment.
• Communicate with stakeholders and participate in agile workflows.
• Stay updated on cloud, AI/ML, and dev tools.
