Fieldguide is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to build agent-driven audit tools on a ground-floor product. You will ship features that enable authentic audit work, tackle end-to-end workstreams, and own major product areas with PMs, designers, and domain experts.

You'll contribute to agentic systems, AI tooling, and engineering best practices while growing into leadership roles across teams. This remote-first role offers strong equity and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Shipped LLM-backed product features to production against real users.
• Full-stack with backend depth to work in agent orchestration.
• Autonomy working from an ambiguous spec.
• Collaborative mindset with PM, design, domain experts.
• Willingness to develop Applied AI skills including evals, LLM observability, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agent-driven experiences for SOX control testing, deciding where autonomy makes sense.
• Own complex, end-to-end workstreams across the full stack.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance for agentic systems.
• Turn agent output into finished audit deliverables and adaptable workpapers.
• Ship code from day one and ramp quickly into ownership of major product areas.
• Collaborate with product, design, and SOX SMEs daily to solve tough problems.
• Contribute to how the team thinks about agentic systems and engineering best practices.
• Lead complex projects or systems at senior level and define architectural tradeoffs.
