Job summary

Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform serving mid-market and enterprise teams. We’re a fast-growing startup hiring a Full-Stack Developer to work on core features and AI agents, building scalable backend and frontend components in a data-intensive SaaS environment.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with product designers and engineers, and leverage modern AI tools in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with frontend and backend work.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS and modern bundlers.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale an AI agent and ensure reliability.
• Develop both backend and frontend components using Node.js, Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Own complex features end-to-end from idea to production.
• Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of systems.
• Write and maintain tests and ensure clean, well-documented code.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product owners on UI ideas.
• Follow Agile practices and participate in stand-ups and sprints.
