Job summary

MISUMI Americas is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to support hiring across the company. You will own requisitions from intake through close, partnering with hiring managers to define roles and timelines, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.

You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and manage pipelines across Sales, IT, Marketing, Admin and Operations, with remote work in the U.S. and 0–10% travel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (sales, IT, marketing, admin, operations).
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience.
• Clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for assigned reqs across functions: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to set role requirements, timelines and compensation expectations.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach; maintain active pipelines in ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage and maintain accurate ATS records.
