Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling through discovery, proposal, and close.
• Build and manage your own pipeline with autonomy.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand needs and fit.
• Prepare tailored proposals to demonstrate value to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with a consultative approach.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline and revenue.
