Job summary

The Helper Bees is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for a remote-friendly role in the United States. You will complete internal orders for fulfillment through different vendor sites, and may support customer engagement depending on product scope, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and comfort navigating multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in data entry in healthcare is a plus

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound phone calls
• Complete orders through different vendor sites
• Ensure data entry is accurate based and proper workflows are followed
• Ongoing account maintenance
• Customer service escalation and management
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
