Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Full Stack Lead Developer (.Net/Azure) to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, high-performing applications for U.S. clients in a remote-capable role.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into technical design, harness AI-assisted coding tools, build CI/CD pipelines, and monitor Azure resources to optimize performance. This role may require occasional in-person interviews at Cognizant offices or client locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer with .NET, Azure, SQL and modern UI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and troubleshooting, and implement basic AI-driven features.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and monitor Azure infrastructure.
