Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Engineer to pilot and migrate a cloud-native modern payment hub from Azure to AWS and GCP, leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate delivery. You will collaborate with developers, QA, cloud and DevOps engineers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI tools (Devin, Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot)
• Polyglot development in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong API development experience
• Hands-on UI development with Angular
• Cloud development on AWS and/or GCP

Responsibilities

• Utilize GenAI tools to migrate API and UI code from Azure to AWS and GCP
• Develop and enhance API and UI components using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Design cloud-native solutions on AWS and GCP with CI/CD DevOps pipelines
• Apply GenAI tools to accelerate testing and QA during migration
• Collaborate across development, QA, cloud, and DB teams to deliver pilot
