Job summary

Outform is seeking a Frontend Application Developer, Web & Mobile to build and maintain high-quality web and mobile experiences that support client tools, internal platforms, dashboards, and field workflows.

The role focuses on frontend development, responsive interfaces, UI/UX execution, accessibility, and performance, collaborating with product, operations, support, and backend teams to deliver business value.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience developing web applications in production or business-facing environments.
Experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, or equivalent modern frontend frameworks.
Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly applications.
Exposure to React Native, Kotlin, Progressive Web Apps, or similar mobile technologies.
Experience consuming REST APIs; exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
Experience implementing authentication/authorization workflows.
Experience building reusable UI components and patterns.
Experience partnering with backend engineering teams and product stakeholders.
Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud-hosted environments.
Experience using AI-assisted software development tools for prototyping, coding, testing, or documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web and mobile-friendly applications under guidance from senior technical leadership.
Translate product requirements, user journeys, prototypes, and workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
Develop responsive web applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar frameworks.
Build and maintain mobile-friendly interfaces and contribute to mobile work using React Native, Kotlin, PWA, or similar tech.
Create and maintain reusable UI components and frontend patterns.
Collaborate with backend engineers to consume APIs and support application workflows.
Build dashboards, campaign management tools, portals, reporting apps, and workflow automation.
Improve usability, navigation, and user satisfaction with solid UI/UX principles.
Ensure accessibility, security, browser compatibility, and performance.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping, development, testing, and documentation.
Participate in code reviews, QA, releases, documentation, and production support.
Troubleshoot frontend issues and assist in incident resolutions.
Recommend improvements to UX, frontend quality, and development standards.
Manage priorities and deliver high-quality solutions with guidance.
