Job summary

micro1 is seeking Design & Frontend Specialists to support a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

You will analyse design and frontend challenges, create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs/ADRs, and evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture. You will also analyze trade-offs and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
• Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
