Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $35.00/hr

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and guests at the clinic
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately using the computer system
  • Verify and enter patient registration documentation into the electronic medical system
  • Communicate with the clinical care team to assist in closing gaps in care
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least one year of demonstrated experience in an administrative position
  • Knowledge of healthcare office practices, policies, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette
