Job summary

Atticor Group LLC is hiring a Marketing Web Developer to build the landing pages and websites that drive client acquisition across a portfolio of national legal brands. This front-end role owns how pages look, load, and convert, sitting inside the marketing team with fast shipping and live-traffic testing.

You will craft pixel-perfect pages using Unbounce and WordPress, ship A/B tests, and ensure Core Web Vitals performance while collaborating with media buyers, designers, attorneys, and intake

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production websites and landing pages.
• Strong visual eye for spacing, typography, and hierarchy.
• Experience with landing page platforms (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow).
• WordPress theme development experience.
• Mobile-first mindset with fast page performance.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4.
• Experience building and debugging forms with third-party integrations.
• Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing experience.
• Comfort with Git and a basic deploy workflow.
• Clear communication with non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages at volume with high-converting campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand websites on WordPress (custom themes).
• Ship A/B tests and iterate based on results with media buyers.
• Hit Core Web Vitals targets on mobile and optimize assets.
• Implement tracking in Google Tag Manager and preserve attribution.
• Translate designs into polished, responsive pages from Figma briefs.
• Create reusable templates and component libraries for speed.
• Use AI tools to accelerate builds while maintaining quality.
