Job summary

Atticor Group LLC is hiring a Marketing Web Developer to build landing pages and websites driving client acquisition across national legal brands. This front-end focused role lives inside the marketing team and ships pages that are tested against live paid traffic, with emphasis on conversion and performance.

You will work remotely, collaborating with design, media buyers, attorneys, and intake teams. The base salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production websites and landing pages with live work to show.
• Expert HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript; build polished, responsive pages from scratch.
• Strong visual eye for spacing, type and hierarchy; fast page loads.
• Experience with landing page platforms (Unbounce/Instapage/Webflow) and limits.
• WordPress theme development with PHP templates and hooks.
• Mobile-first mindset; fast pages aligned with Core Web Vitals.
• Working knowledge of GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, GA4.
• Experience building and debugging forms with validation and third-party integrations.
• Conversion rate optimization: can discuss tests and wins.
• Comfort with Git and a basic deploy workflow.
• Clear communication with non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages at volume; design and develop high-converting pages in Unbounce and HTML/CSS/JS.
• Build and maintain brand websites; create templates and features on WordPress.
• Ship A/B tests; partner with media buyers and iterate based on results.
• Protect performance; hit Core Web Vitals on mobile and optimize assets.
• Implement tracking correctly; work in GTM and preserve attribution parameters.
• Translate designs into polished, accessible pages from Figma briefs.
• Build reusable systems; create templates and component libraries.
• Use AI tooling to move faster while maintaining code quality.
