Job summary

OpenLoop in Des Moines, IA seeks a Web Designer to lead front-end design across the brand and partner sites. The role requires designing high-converting landing pages and collaborating with marketing and development teams to deliver fast, accessible experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of front-end design, proficiency in Webflow/WordPress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a data-driven mindset. A portfolio is required and startup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Graphic Design/Web Design/Visual Communications or related field).
• 5+ years of front-end web design experience focused on websites and landing pages.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress), Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical mindset; leverage engagement data to optimize user journeys.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization in high-volume environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and iteration of multiple websites across the OpenLoop brand and partners.
• Design branded, high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with CRO team to analyze data and drive rapid growth.
• Work with the web development team to ensure designs translate accurately into code.
• Design with site speed and structure in mind in coordination with the SEO team.
• Create digital image ads for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Support other design projects including printed materials and branded items.
• Other duties as assigned.
