Job summary
DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a Senior Front End & Digital Experience Engineer to support Military OneSource websites, WordPress development, accessibility initiatives, and modernization efforts under MODES III. You will lead, design, and implement responsive, accessible digital experiences, collaborating with UX, content, and backend teams to deliver mission-driven solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, web development, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional front-end experience.
- Experience with WordPress development, theming, customization, and CMS.
- Experience implementing accessible, responsive, mobile-friendly UIs.
- Experience supporting Agile development teams.
- Experience collaborating with designers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Military OneSource web initiatives as technical lead.
- Build responsive, accessible web experiences with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS.
- Translate UX wireframes into production-ready UI.
- Ensure Section 508 and WCAG compliance across sites.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and new team members.
- Support modernization initiatives across MODES III.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning.
