You’ll assess AI design work across user flows, typography, accessibility, and visual hierarchy, and craft clear explanations that guide model development and improve future projects. This role is flexible, remote, and project-based.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in product, UX, or visual design with a portfolio.
• Sharp eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Catch the failures under the polish: clumsy flows, weak hierarchy, accessibility issues.
• Write the stronger critique with design rationale for improvements.
