Qualifications

• Professional experience in product, UX, or visual design with a portfolio to back it up.
• Sharp eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required; we care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout, and visual hierarchy to judge whether it serves the user.
• Catch failures under the polish: clumsy flows, weak hierarchy, accessibility problems a pretty mockup hides.
• Write a stronger critique with design rationale a good reviewer would give.
