You will review AI design work across user flows, hierarchy, and accessibility, and craft sharp feedback that improves future models. This is a flexible, remote, project-based role with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in product, UX, or visual design with a portfolio to back it.
• Sharp eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout, and visual hierarchy, judging whether it serves the user.
• Catch the failures under the polish: clumsy flows, weak hierarchy, and accessibility problems a mockup hides.
• Write strong critique with design rationale when the model falls short.
