DataAnnotation is seeking a Designer to evaluate how models reason about UX and visual design, and to write critiques that teach the next generation what good design really is. You’ll assess flows, layout, hierarchy and accessibility, and call out design decisions that fail users.

With a portfolio in product, UX or visual design, you’ll write stronger critiques when models fall short and articulate the rationale behind improvements.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in product, UX, or visual design with a portfolio.
• Strong eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required; focus on demonstrated ability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Catch failures under polish: clumsy flows and inaccessible elements.
• Write critiques with design rationale for improvement.
