Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Three to five years of related and progressively responsible experience in construction.
• Experience supervising and managing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• 35% - Develop and implement project delivery strategies for complex projects; lead design and construction teams on site logistics and phasing.
• 30% - Lead design team activities; issue plans/specifications for bidding; review bids and contract awards; coordinate inspections for quality control.
• 15% - Negotiate contracts; manage project documentation; work with administrators on pay applications and budget adjustments.
• 10% - Communicate project progress through reports and submittals; ensure compliance with communication plans and stakeholder requirements.
• 10% - Conduct lessons learned; mentor or lead student employees.
