Job summary

Michigan State University Infrastructure Planning and Facilities in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Planner/Inspector/Analyst III to lead complex projects from planning through closeout. Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in architecture, construction management or engineering.
• Five to eight years of related and progressively responsible work experience in project programming, design, construction, supervision and management.
• Possession of a valid Michigan vehicle operators license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a project delivery team to meet customer requirements, coordinating design/construction and managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate project progress to the customer and project team with required submittals and reports.
• Oversee project management documentation including budgets, schedules and FADE/Unifier, and ensure compliance with MSU standards.
• Mentor and lead PIAs I and II.
