VentureLab’s Athens headquarters is seeking an Operations Manager to take ownership of Project Management from day one and to drive improvements across the team. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching colleagues, and fostering a collaborative culture in the Athens, GA office.

You will own PM processes, track metrics, and ensure cross-team handoffs are smooth, with a focus on translating customer needs into actionable work in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep Project Management documentation current as the work outpaces it.
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week.
• Read between the lines of what Athens customers actually need.
• Catch the Written Communication regression a tired reviewer would miss.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and VentureLab clients as needed.
• Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Athens, GA office.
• Map the handoffs between GA teams so nothing falls in the cracks.
