• Manage implementation partners across ERP, PLM, data platforms.
• Direct data cleanup, mapping, validation; own test strategy and cutover readiness.
• Produce current status, steering materials, and documentation.

Our client is seeking a Business Systems PM/Delivery Manager for an excellent remote position, located on the East Coast (Atlanta area preferred), near a major airport. Responsibilities include:

• Own assigned business-systems workstreams from discovery through go-live and stabilization, with accountability for scope, timeline, and user adoption.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for Executive teams and leadership on initiatives.
• Negotiate scope, sequencing, and trade-offs with stakeholders
• Commit to dates on behalf of the transformation portfolio and own those commitments.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules across concurrent workstreams and manage recovery plan when required.
• Track and Drive dependencies, decisions, risks, and issues to closure
• Lead discovery with operations and office-based functions/users, and own current-state documentation, future-state requirements, gaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage implementation partners across ERP, PLM, data, and related platforms, challenging statements of work, estimates, and change orders.
• Direct data cleanup, mapping, and validation; own test strategy, user-acceptance testing, cutover readiness, training logistics, and post-go-live support.
• Produce current status, steering materials, and documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years delivering business-system programs such as ERP, PLM, CRM, or Business Intelligence in a manufacturing operation.
• Owned at least 1-2 full-lifecycle implementations from discovery through go-live, with accountability.
• Proven ability to carry several concurrent workstreams successfully.
• Experience presenting to and negotiating with VP level and senior operations leaders.
• Demonstrated partner management, including challenging scope, estimates, and change orders on a statement of work.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-documentation skills.
• Comfort working directly with plant operations personnel.
• Practical day-to-day use of AI tools for drafting, summarizing, analysis, and reporting, with good judgment on output verification.
• Ability to travel to other operations sites, 25-35%.
