Job summary

Tyson & Mendes in Seattle invites an attorney with 3–5 years of Washington litigation experience to join a growing team with a boutique feel and national backing. Your practice will remain diverse, spanning auto, UIM, products liability, construction-related matters, and insurance coverage issues.

You’ll work beside Partner David Heemann, gaining mentorship without micromanagement while developing deeper insurance coverage expertise and handling meaningful matters with exposure to high-stakes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar license in Washington state.
• 3+ years of insurance defense experience.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, including Washington UIM matters.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience with case strategy and trial prep.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
