Job summary

ROWE Professional Services Company in Michigan is seeking Design Graduate Engineers to support our design services team under a Project Manager, performing conceptual layouts, grading and drainage, and design reports. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in civil or environmental engineering, EIT preferred, familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely and in person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil and/or environmental engineering required.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform design tasks such as conceptual layouts, grading and drainage, and prepare design reports for projects.
• Compute engineering design calculations.
• Perform field reviews to determine existing conditions.
• Provide on-site inspections as needed.
