Job summary

ROWE Professional Services Company seeks Design Graduate Engineers to join our team in Flint, MI. This role supports growing our Design services under supervision of a Project Manager, performing conceptual layouts, grading, drainage, and preparing design reports for projects.

You will compute design calculations, perform field reviews, and provide on-site inspections as needed, contributing to varied small- and large-scale projects while collaborating with coworkers, clients, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or environmental engineering.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
• Ability to work remote and in person effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform design tasks such as conceptual layouts, grading and drainage, and prepare design reports for projects.
