Job summary

ROWE is seeking Design Graduate Engineers to join the Mt. Pleasant, MI office. This entry-level role works under a Project Manager to support design services on small and large projects.

Responsibilities include conceptual layouts, grading and drainage tasks, design calculations, field reviews, and on-site inspections as needed. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering is required.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform design tasks such as conceptual layouts, grading and drainage.
• Compute engineering design calculations.
• Conduct field reviews to determine conditions.
• Provide on-site inspections as needed.
