Job summary

ROWE Professional Services Company in Grand Rapids, MI seeks Design Graduate Engineers to grow our design services team. You will work under a Project Manager to perform conceptual layouts, grading and drainage, and prepare design reports for projects.

Responsibilities include computing design calculations, conducting field reviews, and providing on-site inspections as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or environmental engineering.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
• Ability to work remote and in person effectively.

Responsibilities

• Compute engineering design calculations.
• Perform field reviews to determine existing conditions.
• Provide on-site inspections as needed.
