Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience driving analytics and governance in a global sales organization.
• Proven ability to influence across matrixed teams to drive adoption of standards.
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms and pricing analytics is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years in commercial operations or selling roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and insights for sales managers and executives to guide pricing and growth.
• Support forecasting and IBP processes aligned to financial plans.
• Lead territory, quota, and account coverage decisions with regional teams.
• Design and administer sales compensation plans with finance and HR.
• Create and deliver sales training and promote use of PowerBI, Salesforce, and Varicent.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment to implement best practices.
