Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field and coatings experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-regional technical support efforts, ensuring collaboration across geographies.
• Provide timely and accurate technical support to global customers, KAM teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support complex projects and applications, including FPSO/FLNG, infrastructure, and industrial segments.
• Review and contribute to owner and EPC specifications, aligning with test data and performance.
• Prepare technical statements, reports, and guarantee support documentation.
• Deliver technical presentations and workshops to customers, Owners, and EPCs.
• Act as a key interface between Product Management, Engineering, R&D, and regional teams.
• Provide technical support to Global Product Managers and contribute to product development.
• Ensure availability and communication of standards, certifications, and test data.
• Manage a high volume of global technical requests.
