Job summary

MU Health Care is seeking a Remote Coordinator, Outreach Programs to build strategic relationships and conduct outreach activities across assigned areas. The role supports marketing and communications and coordinates planning for outreach events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One (1) year of experience in volunteer board development, strategic planning, and coordination of events/outreach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement a community outreach plan including events and distributing educational materials.
• Organize and present at business, community, and neighborhood group meetings regarding community projects.
• Facilitate coordination with staff and public to raise awareness of community education and volunteer projects.
• Seek partnerships with local organizations to enhance MU Health Care outreach performance.
• Develop and oversee MU Health Care Partners Board to support outreach initiatives and manage related budgets and accounts.
• May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in department documents.
