Job summary

Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage digital content and messaging, with a focus on social media and written communications that promote adoptions, fundraising campaigns, and updates. You’ll work closely with the Director of Development to ensure content is timely, clear, and consistent, and you’ll create posts, draft spotlights, and help plan campaigns and events.

This role is remote-friendly with a commitment of about 2–4 hours per week, offering flexibility

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook; other platforms a plus.
• Organized and dependable.
• Comfortable engaging with the public online.
• Collaborative and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts for TCAR’s social media platforms.
• Draft adoption spotlights and campaign messaging.
• Collaborate on content planning for campaigns and events.
• Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries professionally.
• Highlight foster and adoption success stories.
• Maintain a consistent tone and visual presence across platforms.
