Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Centralized Director of Finance to provide interim financial leadership at a corporate level, overseeing accounting operations for properties, month-end close, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliation. Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a centralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel.
• 3-5 years Director of Finance experience within the Hotel/Resort Industry.
• High School Diploma required; degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Hands-on and strategic, able to manage monthly details and finance strategy.

We prefer for this role to be based in Kirkland, WA at our Corporate Office, however, we are open for it to be remote in the following states: Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, or Florida.

THE JOB

The Centralized Director of Finance will provide interim financial leadership at a Corporate level by maintaining full control over accounting operations for properties; oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and USALI/GAAP; analyze hotel financial performance including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics and present insights to property and corporate leadership; train, mentor, and support property accounting teams to ensure continuity and adherence to brand and company standards; implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness;

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful as a Centralized Director of Finance :

• Must have experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a centralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel, closing the books down to cash.


• 3-5 years Director of Finance Experience within the Hotel/Resort Industry. High School Diploma Required. Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or similar field preferred.


• Are hands-on and also see the big picture. Together with your team, you will handle monthly details as well as finance strategy.


• Besides your own in-depth knowledge of hotel accounting, you are eager to help department heads manage their costs through bottom-line training.
