Qualifications

• Native fluency in French (Quebec) with a strong ear for natural phrasing.

• Able to improvise and adjust scripted material on the spot.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; build rapport with varied talent.

Responsibilities

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios, coaching for natural delivery.
• Build scene context and improvise to fill gaps live.
• Adapt wording for natural phrasing and dialect authenticity.
• Monitor and correct audio quality in real time: mic technique, pacing, noise.
• Manage session pacing to meet targets; maintain notes on adjustments.
• Create a supportive environment for performers, including beginners.
