Responsibilities

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios with natural delivery.
• Provide context for performers and improvise to fill gaps live.
• Adapt scripts for natural phrasing and dialect authenticity.
• Monitor mic technique, pacing, and background noise in real time.
• Manage session pacing to hit recording targets while maintaining quality.
• Keep organized notes on adjustments and retakes and support performers.
