Job summary

Atmen, a Munich-based RegTech startup, is seeking a Software Engineer to integrate our core platform with third-party systems, combining front-end and back-end work with a focus on reliability and security.

You’ll design and build full-stack apps using Node.js, NestJS, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, develop API integrations, and collaborate with customers and teams to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js backend.
• Strong knowledge of NestJS and React.
• Solid PostgreSQL database design experience.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols.
• Git and collaborative software development practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs.
• Extend and customize our core platform for customer requirements.
• Design scalable backend services and frontend applications.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across distributed systems.
• Write well-tested, production-ready code with focus on reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Contribute to documentation for integrations and APIs.
