Job summary

Brain Source is building a flexible pool of freelance recruiters to work with client companies across Europe and the US. You would operate remotely for one or two clients, following their processes and tools as their recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR support.

Hours are set per client, with part-time around 20 hours per week or full-time options, and compensation is paid monthly by invoice or contract for hours worked, in USD.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Familiar with US hiring practices and compliance.
• Able to work remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates.
• Interview and provide feedback.
• Send shortlists to clients.
• Assist with HR admin such as onboarding and payroll when needed.
