Go Fractional is seeking a Freelance Project Manager for a pharma-focused agency, working remotely with optional hubs in major cities. You will coordinate cross-team efforts to deliver client work on time and within budget, serving as the key point-person for engagement scope and execution.

The role requires prior agency experience, strong digital project management skills, and comfort with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agency environment, pharma preferred
• Experience managing digital projects (websites, emails, banners)
• Understanding of the technical aspects of website development
• Experience with data/analytics projects and deriving insights
• Pharmaceutical or regulated industry knowledge is a plus
• Experience resourcing creative and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
• Collaborate with agency teams to establish effective project plans, staff plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
• Prepare and manage client MLR submissions
• Develop timelines and advise on estimates; manage projects to remain on time and budget; escalate when needed
• Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings and set scope, assets, and SOW
• Work with client on requirements and with internal team on specs
• Initiate and conduct internal reviews to secure creative approvals
• Conduct team status meetings; document risks and issues for internal purposes
• Ensure issues and risks are anticipated, identified and escalated; resolve to prevent scope creep
• Conduct internal copy/layout reviews for approvals
