Civic Shout is a purpose-built ad platform helping progressive causes, publishers, and brands grow their opt-in audiences. We’re seeking a freelance growth marketer to drive B2B campaigns and activist acquisition, focusing on Meta ads, creative testing, and performance optimization.

You’ll work 10-15 hours per week, fully remote within the United States, with compensation at $100/hour and potential to grow into a full-time role with benefits as we scale.

Qualifications

• You have strong B2B growth marketing experience.
• You are very strong with Meta Ads and understand audiences, retargeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, and optimization.
• You are analytical and comfortable using performance data to decide what to change, stop, or scale.

Responsibilities

• Grow Civic Shout’s B2B business through retargeting, paid media, and creative development.
• Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate with outbound and sales.
• Turn case studies, newsletters, and news moments into marketing assets.
• Test messaging, offers, creative, and landing pages and measure performance.
• Own petition-based acquisition campaigns on Meta and grow the activist audience.
• Monitor performance and optimize to keep acquisition costs low.
