Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative field.
• Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with popular design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar software.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and visually engaging designs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and follow design instructions.
• Willingness to accept constructive feedback and make revisions.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Creating visually attractive graphics for digital and marketing campaigns.
• Designing social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Developing creative concepts based on project briefs and client requirements.
• Collaborating with team members to understand project objectives and design expectations.
• Maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
• Creating designs that are suitable for different digital platforms and audiences.
• Editing and improving existing graphics when required.
• Preparing high-quality design files in appropriate formats for digital use.
• Making revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
• Managing multiple freelance assignments while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Staying updated with current graphic design trends and creative techniques.
• Ensuring all final designs are visually polished, professional, and aligned with the project’s purpose.
