Qualifications

• Portfolio showing paid-social concepts or scripts you helped create.
• Strong understanding of customer research, consumer psychology, awareness levels, hooks, angles, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer research, market signals, competitor activity, and performance data into original creative concepts.
• Develop sharp angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and ad copy for paid-social creative.
• Build concepts around customer awareness, motivations, objections, and the language people actually use.
• Partner with editors, designers, creators, and media buyers to bring ideas from brief to finished asset.
• Review creative performance and explain why an ad won, lost, or deserves another iteration.
• Transform winning ideas into thoughtful new tests without surface-level variations.
• Manage assignments independently, communicate clearly, and deliver polished work on schedule.
• Help Alpha Lion build a faster, smarter, more repeatable creative-testing engine.
