Qualifications

• 1-3 years of fraud investigations experience in financial services.
• Strong research and investigation skills; ability to synthesize large data sets.
• Experience with fraud typologies (Wire, ACH, Debit Card, Online Account Takeover, Identity Theft).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate daily fraud activity and AML-related patterns.
• Perform data-driven analyses to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Engineering, and Product to implement controls and automation.
• Present investigative findings to stakeholders; document findings clearly.
• Develop and update policies to strengthen anti-financial crime programs.
• Support escalation and SAR filing processes with cross-functional teams.
