Job summary

Arlo Solutions is supporting the VA's Veterans Health Administration Office of Integrity and Compliance in standing up the VHA Fraud Rapid Response Center. The Program Analyst provides analytical support, documents workflows, and helps with fraud risk assessment and case development to protect Veterans and taxpayer dollars. Location: Remote with On-Site Requirements.

Clearance: Public Trust. All final decisions stay with Government personnel.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include supporting fraud, waste and abuse case work and governance reporting.
• Analytical documentation and workflow support for program integrity.
• Coordination with federal investigators and OIC/VHA leadership.

Responsibilities

• FWA Lead Case Development Support: help investigators develop FWA leads and cases.
• Weekly Decision Packages: prepare weekly analytic runs and decision-ready case packages.
• Tracking Oversight: maintain overpayment, recovery and referral status tracking.
• Fraud Risk Internal Controls Support: assist risk assessments and remediation planning.
• Quality Audits QA: apply QA checklists and support reviews of workpapers.
• Case Management Workflow: help develop intake and triage SOPs and workflow maps.
• Governance Reporting: prepare governance reports, dashboards and summaries.
• Meeting Stakeholder Support: coordinate and document meetings with OIC, VHA and E.
